Holly Harris (Red Feather), who is a Native Floridian of Cherokee heritage, first discovered the Native American flute and African drums several years ago. She states that she immediately fell in love and that it has changed her life!  She has performed at various Flute festivals including Green Frog Moon Festival, Musical Echoes, SunWatch Flute Festival, RNAFF, Sarasota Native American Indian Festival, Ohio Valley Indigenous Music, Palo Pinto Texas, Indian Summer Music Awards, and The Native Rhythms Festival.
Often accompanying other musicians, her individual talent for playing the Native American flute gained attention after  being awarded 1st place in the 2013 Native Rhythms Festival Flute Players Competition.  This accomplishment opened more doors for her musically, including becoming a featured performer at the 2014 Native Rhythms Festival, as well as being invited to join Painted Raven.

Holly describes fluting and drumming as active meditations that sooth the body, mind and spirit.   In her own words, 'This music is also healing and allows us to feel re-connected to each other and Mother Earth, as well as to The Creator. Discovering the Native American Flute was like finding 1,000 beautiful voices finally freed to sing!" (Native American flute, hand drums, and percussion)

Kimberly Kridler (Dreaming Eagle),

a long-time fan of the Native American flute, began learning to play in earnest May of 2012. Her joy composing and playing for and with others has been nurtured by friends and mentors in the Riverwind, Southwind, and Central Florida Flute Circles, and at the Native Rhythms Festival.

She feels equal enthusiasm sharing her simple, heartfelt compositions with small audiences at nursing homes, community centers, cafes, and animal sanctuaries, and with larger audiences at events like the Leesburg Art Festival, Scrub Jay Festival, Silverhawk Native American Flute Gathering, and Native Rhythms Festival.

Kimberly is honored to have placed in the 2013 and 2014 Native Rhythms Festival Flute Players’ Competitions, to have won first place in 2015, and to have performed as a featured artist in 2016. At Native Rhythms, she met and instantly befriended Annette Abbondanza and Holly Harris of Painted Raven, whom she credits with prompting her to record. She is thankful for friends Wes and Pam Dickey, who recorded her first demo CD in their living room!

A proficient Native American style, rim blown, and transverse flute player, as well as composer, Kimberly released her first professionally mastered CD, titled One Breath, in 2016. She has appeared as a guest musician on four of Painted Raven’s albums; Kindred Spirits, Crossroads, Taking Flight, and most recently Mandala in 2023.
